Flag Warranty Information

In-Stock Flag Warranty Information:

All LookOurWay® brand In-Stock Flags are covered by our 6-month limited warranty (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers L.O.W. considered a product defect. L.O.W. reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit. Please see our Warranty Claim Page to file a claim.  Note: Fading is considered normal wear and will not be covered by the limited warranty.

Custom Flag Warranty Information:

All LookOurWay® brand Custom Flags are covered by our 6-month limited warranty (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers L.O.W. considered a product defect. All L.O.W. brand Flag Hardware is covered by our 1 year, limited warranty (from the date of purchase). Warranty only covers L.O.W. considered a product defect. L.O.W. reserves the final right to grant warranty approval. Cases will not be approved for misuse, neglect, or user error. Approved warranty cases will be issued a replacement unit.
