Why Hasn't My Order Shipped?

If you have ordered a Custom Product from us, it will go through three phases: the Design Phase, the Production Phase, and the Shipping Phase. Once your design has been approved for production, the production cycle can take up to two weeks, and then once we receive your Custom Product, we can then ship it to you. Keep this in mind when ordering Custom Products, and if you're wondering why your Custom Product(s) haven't shipped; it is/they're most likely still in the Production Phase.

"Out-of-Stock" items can also cause an order to not ship. If you happen to order an item that has gone out of stock, we will contact you to let you know that we're not able to ship your product.
