What Carriers Do We Ship With?

For standard orders that are placed on our site, LookOurWay will use the services of UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. There are specific cases where a different carrier can be used, but customers will be responsible for the shipping costs.

UPS Ground

This service is used for our main products and larger items. The tracking number for orders shipped with UPS will always start with "1ZX...". We also offer the following expedited shipping services:

• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air Saver
• UPS Next Day Air

USPS Priority Mail

This service is used for our smaller items, smaller parts, and documents. Anything that can fit into a large legal envelope or small package. For example, boat docs, drive-pins, and small trolling motor parts. The tracking number for orders shipped with USPS will generally start with "94055...".

Other Carriers

If you would prefer that a different carrier can be used, please reach out to our customer service team before you place your order. We can accommodate the use of different carriers, but customers will be responsible for the shipping costs with these carriers, even if we advertise free shipping for that product on our site. The shipping price we advertise on our site is only valid for the carriers we directly work with.
